A workshop with an emphasis on evaluation and skills development of team members. The goal is to adjust performance to the level expected and help the team grow as professionals.
The workshop achieves this by training managers to observe specific skills, to assess, to give and receive meaningful feedback and bring about a change in team member's attitude. Generally it's a one day course, but can be adapted according to the skills that need work.
