This workshop is designed to provide the necessary tools so that people who deal with students on a day to day basis can give a solution and emotional support to their problems.
In this workshop the focus is on active listening and the "coach"role working on when staff need to support students. The first part focuses not only on how to listen to the content of spoken communication, but also the emotion involved.
The second part centres on the main emotions and learning to connect with them.
We were looking for a training course where our team could leave the workshop and begin to put into practice..
