A workshop focusing on the moments when a team is in a meeting and tends to get distracted. The objective is to take full advantage of these moments and make meetings efficient.
In the workshop two meetings are carried out in situ. This allows participants to see their flaws and areas for improvement in meetings and practice more effective ways of holding meetings.
