In the leadership development workshop for middle managers, from the start
.. Esther promoted a receptive, motivating atmosphere encouraging reflection and openness to change. The course was a very positive experience in reformulating behavior and awareness. Where do we come from, where are we and where do we want to go as leaders? We grew as professionals but aboveall as people. This had a positive impact on cohesion within the team, closeness between us, empathy and assertiveness.
